
More and more of our patients of all ages are caring for members of their family with disabilities or serious illnesses, either in their own home or nearby.
We recognise the vital role that carers play and aim to provide support and information in any way we can.
If you are caring for a member of your family, please let us know so that we can ensure you have access to the services available to carers locally. We will also ensure you are invited for a flu vaccination each year.

Bucks Carers offer support to all sorts of carers - Young Carers, Parents caring for a child with a disability, Carers from the black & ethnic minority community and people who are caring for a relative with mental health problems.
They can offer:
- Up to date information and advice
- In Case of Emergency scheme (ICE)
- Advocacy
- Emotional support and a listening ear
- Training to help you in your caring role
- Links with other family carers through support groups
- Access to our bursary scheme and other charitable grants
