How to Leaflets – Useful Patient Information about your Practice
We are keen to be able to provide useful information for our patients about the Practices, and the services that they provide. After talking to a number of patients to see what sort of information they would find useful, and in what format, we have written a number of ‘How to…’ sheets that focus on one particular service or piece of information about the Practice. There are different sheets for all 3 sites depending on where you are registered.
