Dr Anna Milward will be returning to Wendover Health Centre on Monday 9th August following maternity leave. She will be working Monday, Tuesday and alternate Thursday and Friday mornings.

Westongrove offer  patients the ability to book an appointment with a GP up to 4 weeks in advance. This means that you can book an appointment more than 2 days in ahead.  We are also making adjustments to the appointment system following patient feedback and will be adding an update regarding this in the very near future. Many thanks to all those who take the time to give us their opinion.

Westongrove also offer  appointments that can be booked for the next 48 hours for those patients who suddenly feel poorly. These appointments will be with the most appropriate member of our clinical team.

Health Visitors are qualified nurses with post-registration experience in various nursing fields and further training in community health nursing. They offer information, advice and support on health issues to all age groups, preventing ill health, promoting healthy lifestyles and encouraging early detection of problems.

They visit post-natally, offering family support and continue to assess the development and growth of children through their early years. They support mothers and fathers in developing their parenting skill

Westongrove has a research unit based at Aston Clinton Surgery. We are registered with the Medical Research Council and also conduct clinical trials in a wide range of disease areas. You may be invited to participate in a clinical trial at some point, however, participation is always voluntary. The research centre is run by a dedicated team of staff.
