NHS App
The NHS App is the most secure and convenient way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. It allows you to manage your health at a time that suits you, without needing to call the surgery.
We strongly encourage all Westongrove patients to download the app. It is free and owned by the NHS, so you know your data is always safe.

What Can I Do on the NHS App?
By downloading the app, you can:
🚑 Get Health Advice: Use the NHS 111 online symptom checker for instant medical advice.
💊 Order Repeat Prescriptions: Select the medication you need and send the order directly to us. You can also change your nominated pharmacy so your medicine is ready to collect where it suits you.
📄 View Your Medical Record: See your consultation notes, allergies, and immunisation history securely.
🔬 View Test Results: Check your blood test and scan results as soon as they are filed by your doctor.
📅 Manage Appointments: Check and cancel upcoming hospital appointments, and book certain GP services.
