Recently moved to the area and Bedgrove surgery has been nothing but incredibly helpful, appointments are given always at a suitable time, the online form is easy to use, the medical professionals are empathetic, understanding and ensure the best options and investigations for ongoing health issues. Most particularly, Dr Patel and the nurses such as Ms Wade are incredibly skilled in their professions and ensure the best care for their patients

I have recently joined Westongrove practice and been at Bedgrove and Aston Clinton surgeries. I have been really impressed, for example queries submitted via the online system are always answered promptly and I’ve managed to get an appointment for various things (which was a challenge in my previous surgery). I was recently given advice to go to A&E which was helpful as I needed hospital admission and I have also been prescribed medication very promptly as well! Thank you very much to all the team who are doing a magnificent job.

We are very lucky to have Westongrove as our GP practice.  Having seen a GP face to face promptly two weeks ago resulted in an urgent referral and a finding that might not otherwise have been discovered.  Very efficient.
