Please use the Ask First App if you are need advice as to whether or not you need an appointment. If you cannot use the App please call your surgery to make an appointment, the receptionist will be able to Signpost you to the correct type of appointment and clinician
Please use the NHS App to request your repeat medication or use the Ask First App to request past medication not visible on your NHS App. If you are unable to use either Apps please call your surgery.
The NHS App can also help you view test results, check and manage referrals, access your medical record, register your organ donation choices, check your symptoms and book some appointments.
If you do have an urgent medical query you should telephone the surgery or contact the out of hours service by calling 111. In an emergency please contact 999.
