We are working with Oakfield Surgery who will be delivering the Covid Vaccinations for our eligible patients. A text invitation that includes a link to book your appointment or decline if you have already been vaccinated elsewhere will be sent from Oakfield Surgery. You don’t need to let us know if this is the case. For patients without mobiles numbers, we will be sending letters. To manage demand on the booking system the invitations will be directed by the team at Oakfield Surgery and are starting with the eldest patients first.

Anyone eligible can book a vaccine appointment via the NHS.UK website or by calling 119 for free, with parents or carers able to book a Covid-19 vaccination for children under 16 on their behalf. Eligible people aged 16 and over can also use the NHS App to book an appointment.
The NHS is sending texts, emails, NHS App messages or letters to those who are eligible, but you do not have to wait for the invite to book.
