We currently have opportunities within our specialist nursing service for older adults:

Nurse

We are seeking an enthusiastic nurse with an interest in working in the community to help us deliver high quality care to our older adult population; the service offers a holistic approach to the care of patients who often have complex health and social needs, including dementia.
The post is a full time post, 37 hours per week with competitive pay.

Health Care Assistant

You will be working independently and as part of the team supporting our adult population providing compassionate care to our patients in their own homes under the supervision of our nurses. The role is varied and interesting; experience in phlebotomy and understanding of dressings and catheter care is beneficial.
The post is 30 hours per week with competitive pay

Westongrove Admin Assistant – 20 hours per week

Two positions vacant

We are looking for two administrators to join our friendly, patient centred team, to provide admin support throughout Westongrove, working 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The role will require working on all three sites (Aston Clinton Surgery, Bedgrove Surgery and Wendover Health Centre) throughout the working week, although this will vary according to workload.

The ideal candidate will be a good team player, self motivated, hardworking and with a good basic level of education. Previous experience useful but not essential as full training will be given.

The role is very busy and will include assisting with the e-referral process, liaising with GPs, patients and hospital staff regarding results, referrals and transport bookings, dealing with queries and requests via faxes, emails and the telephone, and various administrative tasks.

Experienced Health Care Assistant – 20 hours per week

An enthusiastic and experienced HCA with Phlebotomy experience is required to join our dedicated and friendly team providing high standards of service to our patients as well as providing nursing assistance to doctors and other members of the team, good IT skills, attention to detail and the experience of working in a busy environment are all essential requirements of this role.

Previous GP surgery experience is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will need to have a flexible working approach and be able to work across our sites.
