We are seeking an enthusiastic nurse with an interest in working in the community to help us deliver high quality care to our older adult population; the service offers a holistic approach to the care of patients who often have complex health and social needs, including dementia.
The post is a full time post, 37 hours per week with competitive pay.
Health Care Assistant
You will be working independently and as part of the team supporting our adult population providing compassionate care to our patients in their own homes under the supervision of our nurses. The role is varied and interesting; experience in phlebotomy and understanding of dressings and catheter care is beneficial.

We have an exciting opportunity for a 5 session salaried post at Westongrove Partnership based at our Wendover Health Centre. We are a well-established innovative PMS training practice that brings together combined talents of 3 surgeries to deliver high quality care for our local population of over 28,000 patients.
Our Wendover Health Centre is situated in an attractive village on the edge of the Chiltern Hills. The successful candidate will be responsible for a list of patients and will work as part of our multi-skilled clinical team. We support the professional development of all of our team with both educational and career development opportunities.
